Helparticles education may notify you by email, written or hard copy notice, or by posting such notice on our website, as we shall at our sole discretion, on any requirements or information supplied by law.
This Agreement may be updated or amended from time to time at Helparticles Education's sole discretion; such changes will be indicated in the `date last modified´ below. The `Effective Date´ at the top of this page will be updated if we make any major modifications to this Agreement, and you will be notified in writing. In case you acknowledge towards updated terms and conditions and incase you continue utilizing our services after getting such updates, then you have the choice. Don't make the use or aim to access (or simply have the continuation to access) the given service in case you do not agree with any of the terms contained in this Agreement or with any future provisions in a future modification of this Agreement.
Despite the aforementioned, we will not materially alter the Terms in any way that pertains to the gathering or use of student data without first notifying the parent or school and offering them an option before the student data is used in a way that differs materially from what was stated when it was first collected.
Any revisions to this Agreement will not apply to you unless you actively accept them in writing or electronically, or if your account is renewed at the conclusion of its current term and you have not previously consented to the changes in a signed written agreement with Helparticles education.
You will not be able to use the Service anymore, and Helparticles education has the right to close your account at any time without giving you any notice if you reject or don't acknowledge the updates we've performed to it.
Notifications that must be sent to Helparticles education via certified mail must be submitted to the email address.
Helparticles education maintains the right, with or without prior notice, to alter or temporarily stop providing the Service (or any portion of it) at any time. You acknowledge that in the event that the Service is modified, suspended, or temporarily discontinued, we won't be held responsible to you or any third party. Helparticles Education's obligation is limited to the paid subscription price, prorated for the remaining time on the subscription, in the event of a permanent termination of the Service.
